Common questions about our offerings:
What types of sinks and faucets do you offer?
A wide variety of stainless, ceramic, fireclay, cast iron, and silgranite, ranging from kitchen/bar sinks to vanity sinks.
Do you offer customization options for sinks and faucets?
We do have a wide variety of sizes and styles, and our Blanco line does also have 7 different color options along with all the different models.

Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges:
What are your shipping options and costs?
We do have a shipping layout at the very back of our catalog.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
If an order is placed by 3pm (CST for orders placed in the Austin, Chicago or Kansas offices, EST for the Atlanta, Florida or New England office, PST for the California office), we do our very best to ship out same day, as long as it is a business day. If after 3pm, it will ship the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
While we only ship within the US, customers interested in shipping to Canada or Mexico should contact our friendly and knowledgeable office staff for more information on what options are available.
How can I track my order?
We include carrier and tracking information on all invoices, near the shipping address. Invoices are emailed once tracking is available to our office, either that same day or 1st thing the following morning.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or I notice a defect with an item in my order?
Please refer to the damage and defect policies page near the back of our catalog for more details or reach out to our damage department via email at shipping@chemcore.comwith your company and order information as well as photos of the damage/defect.
What should I do if my order arrives incomplete?
Please notify our office immediately by phone at 866-243-6267 or email at sales@chemcore.com. Please be prepared with your company and order information and our staff will assist with helping locate the missing item(s).

How do I place an order?

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No minimums. You may choose to order one sink or one hundred.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, cash, online payment links, or wire transfer.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you may cancel your order free of charge before it ships. If you cancel after the order has shipped, you would have to return the package to us and a credit can be issued for the cost of the item. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If you refuse the order, the return shipping charge (actual, not flat rate)will be deducted from the final credit upon receipt of the item back in our warehouse.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes we do, our sales reps can help with any special pricing or bulk item discounts.
Returns and Exchanges
Below are some common questions about our return & exchange policy:
What is your return and exchange policy?
As long as the item is in NEW, uninstalled condition, with all original accessories, and original packing, we can accept a return or exchange. Please contact our office staff for further details by phone at 866-243-6267 or email at sales@chemcore.com.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Please call or email us and we will email you an RGA form for the return.
Are there any restocking fees for returned items?
If you want to keep your credit on file for future purchase, we waive all restock fees. But if you want your credit issued as a refund back to the original payment method, there is a 7% restocking fee.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once a returned item is received back in our warehouse and the inspection to determine if the item qualifies for restock is approved, a credit memo will be issued and emailed. If you requested a refund, please note credit card processors may take 24-48 hours for a refund to show up once we have initiated it on our end.
Can I return custom or special-order items?
Yes, you may return special order items, but those vendors do charge higher restocking fees. Huntington Brass and Blanco charge about a 25% restocking fee.
Products
Below are some common questions about our products:
How do I install your sinks and faucets?
This would have to be up to the contractor/fabricator.
Do you provide installation services or recommendations for installers?
We do not.
Are your sinks and faucets compatible with all plumbing systems?
Yes, all of our sinks/faucets should work with standard plumbing systems.
What is the warranty on your products?
Depending on the product, we have a limited lifetime warranty and limited 10-year warranty to cover manufacturers defects. These warranties do not include normal wear and tear or damage due to installation, or misuse.
How do I care for and maintain my sink and faucet?
We suggest a great cleaner. The most common is Bar Keepers Friend, which works for all our sinks and faucets.

What should I do if my sink or faucet has a defect?
Please refer to the damage and defect policies page near the back of our catalog for more details or reach out to our damage department via email at shipping@chemcore.comwith your company and order information as well as photos of the defect. Please note, Chemcore does not process defect claims for Huntington Brass and Blanco once items are installed or have been used. Huntington Brass and Blanco have separate defect policies once items are installed or have been used and our office staff can assist you with what those procedures are.
Are replacement parts available for your products?
Huntington Brass and Blanco faucets do have available replacement parts. We would contact the respective company and they will get replacement parts sent out.
Who can I contact if I have issues with my sink or faucet?
You may contact us to troubleshoot, or you may contact the installer.
Do you offer technical support for installation and maintenance?
We do not, we are just the supplier.
